By accessing and using our services, including the purchase or installation of stair lifts, platform lifts, home elevators, and pool lifts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Services
Advance Mobility Inc. provides a range of mobility solutions, including stair lifts, platform lifts, home elevators, and pool lifts, primarily to customers in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or make changes to any of our services without prior notice.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing services for a third party, you agree that you are authorized to act on their behalf.
Estimates and Orders
- Advance Mobility Inc. offers free estimates for all services. Estimates are binding once a final agreement is reached.
- Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as agreed in the contract.
- All product and service orders are subject to availability.
Installation and Delivery
- Advance Mobility Inc. will install and deliver all products in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. However, installation and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, supply shortages, or unforeseen delays.
- Customers must provide reasonable access to their property for installation and agree to comply with all safety guidelines provided by our installation team.
Payments and Pricing
- Payment terms will be outlined in the contract for each service. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other forms of payment as determined by Advance Mobility Inc.
- Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances during installation or service must be paid promptly upon invoice.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. However, customers will be informed in advance if a price change affects their order.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds for installed products will be made only if the product is defective or if installation was incomplete or unsatisfactory, as determined by an inspection.
Warranties and Guarantees
- Advance Mobility Inc. offers a limited warranty for all installed equipment. Specific warranty details will be provided at the time of installation and will cover parts and labor for a period of time.
- Any modifications to the equipment by the customer void all warranties.
Liability and Indemnification
- Advance Mobility Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products and services.
- Customers agree to indemnify and hold Advance Mobility Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services or the installation of our products.
Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information. We are committed to protecting your data and only use it for purposes related to providing our services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service or related to our products and services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
