These batteries are 4X more powerful and 4X lighter than traditional lead-acid batteries, offering 50% more lifting cycles—up to 80 cycles with a 200-lb user on a single charge. The batteries can be quickly charged in just 30 minutes or fully charged from depletion in 2 hours. The reduced weight and size of the batteries allow for larger, more robust transmission components, resulting in faster, smoother lifting even at maximum capacity.
Savaria’s M-Series lifts are packed with features that benefit patients, caregivers, and facilities. The inherently antimicrobial strap can be disinfected with a fiber-level coating, enhancing infection control. These lifts are equipped with emergency stop, emergency lowering, and emergency brake functions for added safety. Up/down controls on the motor serve as a backup to the handset, ensuring continuous operation. Charging options include in-track or end-stop charging with Return to Charge /Return to Home options, and optional remote data retrieval via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
